Healthy and Delicious Cocokiwi Smoothie
- Prepare the iTz noT Noodles or Rice according to the package instructions. Drain well, rinse under cold water, and allow to cool.
- Place the prepared iTz noT Noodles or Rice into a blender with all the remaining ingredients.
- Blend until smooth, creamy, and fully combined.
- If the smoothie is too thick, add a splash of water, coconut milk, or your preferred plant-based milk and blend again.
- Pour into a chilled glass and serve immediately.
- Garnish with fresh kiwi slices or a sprinkle of coconut flakes, if desired.
