1. About Your iTz noT Subscription
Our subscription service allows you to regularly receive iTz noT products at a discounted rate, ensuring consistent healthy eating without the hassle of reordering. By subscribing, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.
2. Subscription Options
We currently offer two flexible subscription plans to suit your needs:

4-Week Subscription Plan: Deliveries are scheduled every 4 weeks. Subscribe and get a 10% discount on every recurring order!

6-Week Subscription Plan: Deliveries are scheduled every 6 weeks. Subscribe and get a 5% discount on every recurring order!
When you subscribe, your chosen products will be automatically delivered to your nominated address at the frequency you select.
3. Billing Cycle & Payments
- Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each chosen period (4 or 6 weeks).
- Your payment method will be charged automatically on the day your order is processed for delivery.
- You will receive a notification email a few days before your next order is processed and charged, allowing you time to make any necessary adjustments.
4. Cancellation Policy
We understand that circumstances can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to ensure you experience the full benefits of the subscription before making a decision.

Cancellations are permitted only after a minimum of two (2) successful deliveries have been completed for your active subscription.
- This means you must receive and be billed for your first two deliveries before you are eligible to cancel your subscription.
- To cancel your subscription once eligible, please log in to your iTz noT account, navigate to the 'My Subscriptions' section, and follow the cancellation instructions. Alternatively, you may contact our customer support team at info@itznot.com
- Cancellation requests must be submitted at least [ 5business days] prior to your next scheduled delivery date to avoid being charged for the upcoming shipment. If a cancellation request is received after this cut-off, the next scheduled delivery will be processed and charged, and your cancellation will apply from the subsequent delivery.
5. Managing Your Subscription (Pausing & Skipping)
We aim to provide flexibility within our subscription model:

Pausing: If you need a temporary break, you can pause your subscription for a set period. Please log in to your account or contact customer support for options.

Skipping Deliveries: You may have the option to skip an upcoming delivery if you have enough product on hand. Please check your 'My Subscriptions' portal for this feature.
- Please note that pausing or skipping deliveries does not count towards the two (2) minimum deliveries required before cancellation eligibility.
6. Delivery Information
- Deliveries will be made to the shipping address provided at the time of subscription. Please ensure your address details are accurate and up-to-date in your account.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

9. Changes to this Policy
