As summer swelters on, hydration and energy take on a higher importance. I obviously love water, but sometimes that feels like a savoury drink, and a drink with a bit of nutrition feels good! Welcome to the world of summertime smoothies/sample beverages! These delicious snacks are filled with vitamins, minerals, and electro items that serve as refreshing and great snacks for regaining energy and supporting physical health during the hot season!

Why should you use the hydrating ingredients?

Best summer drinks use ingredients that are naturally high in water and beneficial nutrients. Watermelon, citrus, cucumber and other high water-content fruits are excellent bases for a cool treat, along with juicy flavour bombs. You'll also recall natural electrolytes like coconut water or salt to replace what you lost in sweat -> Smoothies make it easy to hide square-styled like spinach or kale- which are big on vitamins but low on flavour coattails as Well. Refreshing Summer Drinks to Cool You Down and Soothe Your Soul

On occasion, you desire a drink and not the entire dish. It is ideal for sipping throughout the day. Infused Water Creations: Step up your plain water game. Cucumber and lemon slices, mint and berries or ginger and orange slices can be mixed. Let them steep in a pitcher in the fridge for a few hours to infuse their flavour.
