The Story
One Kitchen. Six Brands. All Made Here.
A small British food company from Bedford built a restaurant-grade production kitchen — then got a bit carried away with the recipes.
How It Started
We are NAH Foods. We have been making food in Bedford for years — konjac noodles, tofu, sauces, pasta. Then we did something ridiculous. We invested in a Micvac production line — the same sealed-tray technology that premium European restaurant supply chains use. 7,743 square feet of Bedford warehouse. A production kitchen. The full thing.
Then We Had A Thought
If we are going to make restaurant-quality ready meals — why make just one? Every great meal has a story. Italian food tells a different story to Indian food. Low-calorie food tells a different story to family comfort food.
So we built six brands to tell six stories.

The Technology
Micvac technology seals your meal in a specially designed tray. A steam valve opens during the 8-minute cook, creating a pressurised steam environment that finishes cooking the ingredients inside the sealed tray. No preservatives needed. No compromise on texture. The same technology is used in premium commercial food supply across Scandinavia and the UK.
The Ingredients
Our chicken comes from Hurrens Butchers Ltd — a specialist British supplier. Our vegetables come from FoodNet Limited. We can tell you the cut, the prep, the weight per tray, and the supplier for every single ingredient. Because that is what a real kitchen does.
The Reveal
You may have found us through Mom's Spaghetti, Forchetta, Lightr, Darbar, Weeknight, or Midnight Bowls. We built those brands to test whether different people, eating differently, could all be excited by the same idea: proper food, made properly, ready in 8 minutes.
The answer, it turns out, is yes.
