  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp erythritol
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cucumber
  • Crab sticks

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, combine Sticky Rice, rice wine vinegar, erythritol, and salt. Mix well to combine.
  2. Using a vegetable peeler, cut long, thin strips of cucumber. Pat them dry with a paper towel.
