Ingredients:

  • Composition: ¼ Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
  • One-Pound Chicken Breasts, Deboned And Skinless.
  • Split A ½ Teaspoon of Salt. 
  • One Pint of Halved Cherry Tomatoes.
  • Four Garlic Cloves, Cut Thinly.
  • One Teaspoon of Freshly Chopped Oregano.
  • Two Packets (7 Ounces) of Washed Shirataki Noodles.
  • 1/4 Cup of Loosely Packed Fresh Basil Leaves, With Additional For Decoration.
  • 1/4 Cup of Feta Cheese, Crumbled.
  • ¼ Cup Kalamata Olives, Pitted And Cut In Half Lengthwise.

Directions:

  • In a Large Non-stick Skillet, Heat the Oil Over Medium-high Heat. On Chicken, Sprinkle 1/4 Teaspoon of Salt. Put the Chicken in the Pan and Cook It on Each Side for 5 to 7 Minutes, or Until It is Golden Brown and a Thermometer Inserted in the Thickest Part Reads 165°f. Don't Remove the Pan; Transfer the Chicken to a Sanitised Cutting Board.
  • Add the Tomatoes, Garlic, Oregano, and the Remaining 1/4 Teaspoon Salt to the Pan. Cook Over Medium-high Heat, Turning Frequently, for About 8 Minutes or Until the Tomatoes Have Softened and the Garlic Has Broken Down. Turn Off the Heat After Adding the Noodles, Feta, Basil, and Olives.
  • Cut the Chicken Into Diagonal Pieces. Spoon the Noodle Mixture Into Four Bowls and Add the Chicken on Top. If Desired, Add More Basil as a Garnish.

Shirataki Noodles With Vegetables & Tofu

Ingredients:

  • 4 Trimmed Scallions.
  • Two Clipped Heads of Young Bok Choy.
  • Two Teaspoons of Soy Sauce Reduced In Sodium. 
  • One To Two Teaspoons of Oelek Sambal (See Tip).
  • One Tsp of Hoisin Sauce.
  • One-Third Cup of Roasted Sesame Oil.
  • One-Tsp Rice Vinegar. 
  • One Tablespoon of Honey. 
  • One-Half Teaspoon of Salt. 
  • Two Tablespoons of Neutral Oil, Such As Canola Oil, Divided. 
  • One Sixteen-Ounce Box of Diced, Patted-Dry, Firm Tofu (1-Inch). 
  • One 2-Inch Piece of Fresh Ginger, Thinly Sliced. 
  • Three Minced Garlic Cloves. 
  • Two Packets (7 Ounces) of Washed Shirataki Noodles. 
  • One Packet (8 Ounces) of Shredded Coleslaw Mix.

Directions:

  • Cut the White and Light Green Sections of the Scallions Into 2-inch Chunks. Slice the Tips of the Dark Green Scallions Thinly and Reserve for Garnish. Slice the White Parts of the Bok Choy Crosswise Into 1/4-inch Thick Slices, Leaving the Green, Leafy Parts Entire.
  • Mix Soy Sauce, Sambal Oelek, Hoisin, Sesame Oil, Vinegar, Honey, and Salt; Whisk to Combine.
  • Heat 1 Tablespoon Canola Oil Over Medium-high Heat in a Large Non-stick Skillet or Wok. Add the Tofu and Cook, Stirring Periodically, for About 6 Minutes or Until Golden Brown. Move to a Platter. Don't Cleanly Wipe the Pan.
  • Stir in the Ginger, Garlic, White Bok Choy Slices, and White and Light Green Scallion Pieces. Add the Remaining One Tablespoon of Canola Oil to the Pan. Cook, Tossing Periodically, Over Medium-high Heat.

Japanese Nikujaga

Ingredients:

  • Beef 
  • Shirataki Noodles 
  • Onion 
  • Daikon 
  • Neutral Oil 
  • Dashi 
  • Soy Sauce
  • Japanese Sake 
  • Sweetener 
  • Green Onion 
  • Togarashi (Red Pepper) 

Directions:

  • In a Small Bowl, Combine the Soy Sauce, Japanese Cooking Sake, and Sugar.
  • Warm Up One Tablespoon of Oil Over High Heat in a Big Pot. Add the Sliced Meat, Shirataki Noodles, and Onions and Toss Quickly, Stirring for Only a Few Seconds. Next, Add Your Daikon/potato, Dashi, and the Previously Made Sauce. After Boiling the Mixture, Reduce the Heat and Partially Cover the Pot. Give the Stew Fifteen Minutes to Cook.
  • Remove Any Scum From the Top of the Stew When It Has Cooked, Then Toss in the Green Onions.
  • Garnish With Optional Togarashi and Serve.

Ozoni Soup

Ingredients

  • Chicken Thigh 
  • Dashi 
  • Shirataki Noodles
  • Mochi 
  • Dried Shiitake Mushrooms 
  • Carrot 
  • Soy Sauce
  • Japanese Sake
  • Salt – Sea Salt Preferred.
  • Green Onion 

Directions:

  • Add the Cubed Chicken, Sliced Carrots, Dried Shiitake Mushrooms, Soy Sauce, Japanese Sake, and Salt After Bringing the Dashi to a Boil.
  • Over Medium-high Heat, Cook the Broth for Three to Five Minutes or Until the Chicken is Thoroughly Cooked.
  • After Adding the Shiitake Noodles or Mochi, Cook for Two to Three Minutes or Until the Mochi Melts to Your Preferred Consistency; Serve With Fresh Green Onions as a Garnish.

Japchae With Shirataki Noodle

Ingredients: 

  • 1/2 Noodle of Shirataki 
  • 50 Grammes of Beef 
  • One Bowl And A Half of Spinach Carapace.
