  • One Sixteen-Ounce Box of Diced, Patted-Dry, Firm Tofu (1-Inch). 

  • One 2-inch Piece of Fresh Ginger, Thinly Sliced. 

  • Three Minced Garlic Cloves. 

  • Two Packets (7 Ounces) of Washed Shirataki Noodles. 

  • One Packet (8 Ounces) of Shredded Coleslaw Mix.

Directions:

  • Cut the White and Light Green Sections of the Scallions Into 2-inch Chunks. Slice the Tips of the Dark Green Scallions Thinly and Reserve for Garnish. Slice the White Parts of the Bok Choy Crosswise Into 1/4-inch Thick Slices, Leaving the Green, Leafy Parts Entire.

  • Mix Soy Sauce, Sambal Oelek, Hoisin, Sesame Oil, Vinegar, Honey, and Salt; Whisk to Combine.

Ingredients:

  • Beef 

  • Shirataki Noodles 

  • Onion 

  • Daikon 

  • Neutral Oil 

  • Dashi 

  • Soy Sauce

  • Japanese Sake 

  • Sweetener

  • Togarashi (Red Pepper) 

Directions:

  • In a Small Bowl, Combine the Soy Sauce, Japanese Cooking Sake, and Sugar.
